Some Great PCs under $500 (w/no monitor)

PC Magazine reviews some good, some not so good PCs that are good for simple email and web surfing. And they are all under $500. The best of the lot is the Dell, which packs 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard disk, and a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo chip. Not bad for $499.
